The APS Solutions for Business Financing Utility Loan Program was put in place for State Government, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Schools, and Retail Supplier who do energy efficient retrofitting for the following equiptment: Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Lighting, Lighting Controls/Sensors, Motor VFDs, Chillers, Central Air conditioners, Custom/Others pending approval, Glazing/Coating and Programmable Thermostats.
