The Entergy Arkansas Residential and Small Commercial Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program encourage the installation of energy efficient measure in the following sectors: Residential, Commercial, and Contractor. These are the areas where the customers will need to upgrade for this rebate: Heat pumps, Duct/Air sealing, Building Insulation, Lighting, Central Air conditioners, and A/C Tune-up.
