The Entergy Arkansas CitySmart Quick Start Energy Efficiency Utility Rebate Program is to encourage the installation of energy efficient measure in the following sectors: Local Government, Counties, Tribal Government, Institutional, Cities, and Schools. These are the areas which the customers will need to upgrade for this rebate: Led Exit Signs, Lighting, Chillers, Central Air conditioners, Motors, Motor VFDs, Custom/Others pending approval, LED Traffic Signals, Heating and Cooling Equipment, and Heat pumps.
