Title: Wood-Burning Heating System Personal Deduction Program for Alabama Residents.
Program Details:
The Program is based on Alabama statute Code of Ala. § 40-18-15 (16) for buying and installing a wood-burning heater. The program is for converting (not 1st time installation) from electric or gas to wood-burning as you primary heating source, that is Biomass. You will need to take the deduction in the taxable year when the conversion was made.
