Program Details:

The Alaska Power Project Loan Fund State Program is administered by the Alaska Energy Authority providing loans to independent power producers, local utilities, local governments, village councils, regional and village corporations, and independent power producers. The loans are for the development or upgrade of conservation facilities, small-scale power production facilities, and bulk fuel storage facilities including hydroelectric, energy production, transmission and distribution, and waste energy conservation facilities that depend on biomass, fossil fuel, geothermal, wind power, tidal, solar or other energy sources.
