The Alaska Golden Valley Electric Association Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program for Builders Utility Rebate Program is financed by Business Sense to improve the home builder’s installation of energy efficient Lighting, Water Heaters, and Vehicle Engine Preheating Plug-Ins. Builders can receive up to $20 for each lamp, photocell detectors, insulating blanket for water heater, water heater timer, timer and switch controlling exterior vehicle plug in outlets.
