Program Details:
The Alaska Association State Loan Program is financed by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) to offer loans to Homeowners’ Associations (HOA) and Multi-Family Residential units to improve their energy efficiency, for the structural integrity of the building, or for the health and safety of the residents. The HOA must submit a proposal for an HOA which resides in Alaska. For more information visit the following links:
