Title: Advanced Energy Personal Tax Credit in New Mexico
Details:
The Advanced Energy Personal Tax Credit is a Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Photovoltaic, Geothermal Electric, Energy Storage, and Solar Thermal Electric. The program offers up to $60 million or 6% for a min system size of 1MW. The following legislation set up this program: N.M. Stat. § 7-2-18.25 and SB 237.
