Title: Advanced Energy Corporate Tax Credit in New Mexico
Details:
The Advanced Energy Corporate Tax Credit is a Commercial program for those who have energy efficient improvements made with the following: Geothermal Electric, Energy Storage, Solar Thermal Electric, and Photovoltaic. The program offers a 6% credit up to $60 million. The system size must be at least 1MW in size. The following legislation set up this program: N.M. Stat. § 7-9G-2, N.M. Stat. § 62-6-28, and N.M.
